Calculate your planAHB helps property owners manage apartments, tenants, rent bills, submeter readings and property accounts. Personal users can organise daily income and expenses. These records also help jobholders and landlords prepare information for year-end tax submission.
Choose Owner on the registration page and submit your account and property details together. Existing eligible regular users can also submit an Owner request. The Super Admin reviews requests. Email is optional; verify it when you want receipts delivered there.
The first paid month costs only ৳100 for the Owner; tenant/user charges are waived for that month. From month two, your bill is ৳100 plus ৳50 per user, based on the previous month-end user count. The Owner pays the combined bill.
Choose the number of tenant/user accounts you need for the year. Pay ৳1,000 for the Owner plus ৳500 per user upfront. For example, 1 Owner and 4 users cost ৳3,000 instead of ৳3,600 for 12 standard monthly bills. You save ৳600, approximately 16.7%. The monthly plan's first-month user waiver does not apply to yearly plans.
No. The Owner account is separate. Your selected user quota covers the tenant/user accounts included in your Owner plan.
You can create accounts up to your approved annual quota and submit a quota-change request through Billing. Changes require Super Admin review; any additional invoice or adjustment is shown before payment.

Without another valid grant or active promotion, paid changes stop after the trial. Sign-in and Billing remain available so you can choose a plan and submit a manual payment for verification. Retained-record access follows your account policy and the Data Retention Policy.
Assigned tenants can view their own apartment and rent bills and use the electricity calculator. Property management and other tenants' records remain restricted to authorised accounts.
Yes, using a separate tenant account. Owner and tenant access are maintained through separate accounts. A tenant account can be connected to only one active apartment at a time.
